Hilton Leicester Hotel

the room was extremely large, clean, comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional, the facilities (the gym and the pool) exceeded my expectations for the value of the hotel, the pool was large and warm , and the gym had lots of useful equipment for all types of exercise. all of the staff în the hotel was extremely welcoming, helpful and freindly who made you feel at home instantly, especially the bartender, and the 2 romanian receptionists. me and my partner asked for some more tea, coffee, sugar and milk and the amazinf receptionist diddnt hesitate to give us a big cone full of them. i will come back to this amazing hotel every single year for our anniversary. i have never enjoyed a weekend away in the UK untill i stayed in this hotel, the staff deserve a pay rise! also the cleaners are extremely freindly. i diddnt pass one member of staff who diddnt smile at me, asked if i was okay or if i needed anything the customer service îs extremely positive. i could not fault this hotel what so ever !

My partner has dietary issues. The restaurant staff and Chef were simply brilliant. They tailored food to suit. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a huge credit to the staff and management that they were so well placed to do special food for us. It was very much appreciated so WELL DONE. More generally the room was clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Quiet. The bar and facilities were excellent and so was the adjacent Living Well swimming pool. Highly recommended...we are back in September!

We stayed at the Hilton over night for my birthday treat and also we had to go for our wedding food tasting evening to choose for our forthcoming wedding breakfast that's included in our wedding package . I just want to shout out the chef Adrian your food you made was amazing thankyou we were so happy with our choices. Overall the staff at the Hilton are very friendly and accommodating to our needs . Breakfast was really good too . See you in June 😊

Able to check-in very late. Contacted staff on the day to advise late arrival. After a short wait, I was able to check in just before Midnight and was warmly welcomed by the reception desk staff member. Breakfast (full English) was very satisfying and the staff were very welcoming again.

I have honestly never slept in a more comfortable bed, and the pillows were unbelievable. Loved the large desk area in the room as well as a nice seating area. Crabtree and Evelyn products in bathroom were very nice.
